TabiOro LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the TabiOro platform.
Account information: Name, email address, and profile data you provide during registration. We also receive limited identifiers from your authentication provider when you sign in.
Authentication data: On iOS, account creation and sign-in are handled through Apple Sign-In. On Android, account creation and sign-in are handled through Google Sign-In.
Location data: GPS check-in data when you use location features within the app, such as confirming attendance at an event. You may disable location access at any time in your device settings.
Usage data: App activity including events joined, recommendations made, votes cast, and messages sent. This is used to operate features such as the Aura Points reputation system.
Payment data: Subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play), with billing routing handled by RevenueCat. Referral cash payouts and prize payouts are processed by Stripe Connect and Wise. We do not receive or store your full payment card details; those are held by the respective payment processors.
Device and diagnostic data: Device type, operating system version, app version, and crash diagnostics for troubleshooting and stability.
We use your information to: operate and improve the Service; personalize your experience; process subscription payments, referral payouts, and prize payouts; send transactional push notifications (event updates, join requests, and chat messages) via Firebase Cloud Messaging; detect and prevent fraud or abuse; comply with legal obligations; and analyze aggregate usage trends to improve product performance.
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with: (a) service providers who assist us in operating the platform, including Google Firebase and Google Cloud (hosting, authentication, database, crash reporting, and push notifications), RevenueCat (subscription billing routing), Apple and Google (subscription billing), Stripe Connect (referral and prize payouts), and Wise (prize payouts); (b) other users to the extent required by app features (for example, your display name and Aura Points are visible to other users); and (c) law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Event chat messages are automatically deleted 24 hours after the chat window closes. You may delete your account at any time, as described in Section 6.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data.
Deleting your account: You can delete your TabiOro account at any time directly from within the app, by going to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. You can also request account deletion from our website at tabioro.com/delete-account. When you delete your account, your profile information, event history, recommendations, votes, and Aura Points are removed from our active systems. Some information may be retained in backups or where required by law (for example, transaction records needed for tax or anti-fraud purposes), and will be deleted from those systems on our standard retention schedule.

TabiOro is intended for users 13 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with information, please contact us at support@tabioro.com. Users between 13 and 17 should review this Privacy Policy with a parent or legal guardian before using the Service.
We use Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash reports that help us diagnose and fix bugs. We also export Firestore database events to Google BigQuery for internal product analytics. We do not use Firebase Analytics, advertising SDKs, or third-party advertising networks in TabiOro. Crash and analytics data may include device identifiers, OS version, and app version. You can limit certain device-level tracking through your device's privacy settings.
Your data may be processed and stored in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using TabiOro, you consent to such transfers.
We implement industry-standard security measures including Firebase App Check, server-side validation for all sensitive operations, and encrypted data transmission. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
